2010 Camper Medical History Form
Completed registration forms must be returned to CWR via the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, etc. CWR will not accept hand delivered or drive-in registrations.
Registration typically fills quickly. Once we receive the registration forms we post them with the date received and we carefully process them according to the order in which they were received. Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time.
One helpful tip: if your child has a friend that they would like to come with, please mail the registration forms for both children in the same package so that they stay together throughout the entire registration process.
